Delete your Pebble Kids account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete profile, then confirm. This deletes your account, your child profiles, routines, photos and stories straight away. It cannot be undone.
By email: if you no longer have the app, write to dev@pebblekids.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store under Subscriptions. Records of purchases are kept by Google, Apple and our payment provider as the law requires.
Slet din Bimle-konto
Du kan til enhver tid slette din konto og de data, der hører til.
I appen: åbn Profil, rul ned og tryk Slet profil, og bekræft. Det sletter din konto, dine børneprofiler, rutiner, billeder og historier med det samme. Det kan ikke fortrydes.
På mail: har du ikke appen længere, så skriv til dev@pebblekids.app fra den mailadresse, kontoen er oprettet med, og bed os slette den. Vi sletter kontoen og dens data inden for 30 dage og bekræfter på mail.
At slette kontoen opsiger ikke et abonnement. Opsig det i Google Play eller App Store under Abonnementer. Kvitteringer for køb gemmes hos Google, Apple og vores betalingsudbyder, som loven kræver.
